Is a spell to increase someone’s sexual desire for you against wiccan ethics?
I understand how a love spell could be against the “harm none” rule, but I don’t see how a sexual desire spell could cause any damage.

Otherwise you are infringing upon their free will choice.

I would say yes, because you’re making another person want to be intimate with you and they may not have wanted that. That’s kind of like rape.

Yes, but it’s not like what you think. Magical workings are a way to send the will out into the ether to affect change. Spells work because the practitioner has years of training and experience in raising, focusing, and releasing energy with intention. They won’t work if you don’t have the skill.
Further, it is incredibly immoral to attempt to control another person’s free will with spell work. If that’s the kind of love spell you mean, then you should really think about why you want to enslave someone else emotionally. That’s not very loving. Appropriate use of a love spell would be doing a working to attract your perfect mate, rather than a specific person. Again, you would need the training and skill set in order to accomplish it. Spells work similarly to the concept of the Law of Attraction. It’s about manifesting, more than anything.
EDIT: I do not claim that Wicca is an ancient religion. No credible Wiccan does. My guess is that the young James is under 25 and hasn’t ever had a conversation with a true Wiccan initiate with clergy credentials.

Don’t listen to any of that crap about morals, alot of that is bull created by the wiccan religion to apease christians, wicca was only created in about 1950 by the way to sell books and is not a long dead or centurys old religion. Real magick has no moralistic content because it is simply a natural force in the Universe to be used as you see fit, you wouldn’t say omg gravity is moralistically bad because I fell down now would you? The same concept applies and if your intentions are good, and the Universe will allow that which you seek then a doorway or pathway will be open to you to accomplish your goals, don’t think of it as brainwashing someone into loving you, it simply opens a door for that person to realise how special you are, in the end the choice is still theirs, but magick will help greatly, think of it as the same effect as loosing some weight, gettting a nice haircut and a nice new set of clothes, it;s just an added advantage. Now as far as casting yourself, one does have to start somewhere, but if you are just starting out you will most likely need help and guidence because love and reunion magick can be quite complicated, if you are really serious about this and truely need my help feel free to contact me, tell me your story in detail and I may choose to help you.
